I guess most people get bored with the boring oxydizing leather trimmed around the classic Monogram canvas, and what wears our patience is the oxydizing process, which is gonna take months. And when it finally gets the tan color, God knows if you are gonna like the bag or not.
However, the Toron handles and trimmings in the mature camel color make all the difference. At the first sight, you will have the conclusion that this bag is gonna be awesome, not to mention that this bag has a most decent name: the Olympe.
The design of Louis Vuitton Olympe Bag was inspired from Louis Vuitton’s luxury tradition. The decent Monogram Canvas and the lamskin combines together perfectly, while the shining hardware sharpens Louis Vuitton Olympe’s elegant looking. It’s made from monogram canvas and lamskin leather, still with natural cowhide trim in brown. The iconic Toron double handles, solid and rolled by leather, are what makes it outstanding. Then it’s the classic Charniere gold brass lock. Fuctional as all Louis Vuitton bags, it has two pockets outside, a bigger one in front, while the other zipped one back, and two main individual compartments interior with four flat pockets and one zipped pockets. The lining is made of soft microfiber. Here is a look of the inside:
Wonder about the size? Well, it’s quite a moderate fit-for-all bag: 14.6 x 6.7 x 9.5 inches, or 37 x 17 x 24 cm. Even for the price of $3,500, the Olympe bag has already been sold out in Louis Vuitton online store.
PS: Besides the more popular camel color, it’s also available in bordeaux. What do you say?
